FREE SHIPPING for NZ orders over $50 NZD

There is a standard flat rate of $5 NZD per order for orders under $50 NZD

 

AUSTRALIA

Australian orders have a standard flat rate of $14 NZD per order. FREE SHIPPING for Australian orders over $100 NZD. Please supply a physical shipping address (delivery to a P.O Box is not possible) and a contact phone number.

Customs charges and import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser, please contact your local customs office for more detail regarding your country. 

If you live outside of these areas please still feel free to get in touch and we will always do our best to arrange special shipping to you if we can.

All orders are shipped from New Zealand with a tracked courier service. We endeavour to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Orders will be delivered during standard business hours Monday to Friday.

Please note that our Citrus & Poppyseed soap bar is currently only available in New Zealand to local customers due to customs regulations around the use and distribution of poppyseeds. An alternative cleansing soap bar for hands and body is the Wild Kelp, Sea Salt and Pumice bar.

We use recycled and/or compostable packaging and recycled tissue paper when preparing your order. If your order includes bubble wrap it has come from a previous package and we encourage you to save it and use again if you can.
